Disability Evaluations

Cognitive disability evaluations are conducted by Dr. Becky Huskinson, Psy.D. Generally, the evaluations are scheduled for a three-hour session. The evaluation consists of a clinical background interview, Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-IV (WAIS-IV), or Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-IV (WISC-IV), and a Scales of Independent Behavior-Revised (SIB-R). Other assessments may be used depending on the individual’s needs. 

It is helpful to have a guardian or person who knows the examinee well to accompany and be available for additional information.
